Elizabeth Blondis has been catering Memphis events from 10 to 4500 guests since 2007.  Now she has added David Johnson to her team to bring even more creative southern flavors and the ability to offer more varieties of cuisine.  We are excited about all of the possibilities we can offer that have never been able to before.
